Privacy and User Agreement

This Privacy and User Agreement applies to users (“Users”) who use the Starskop mobile application (“Application”) provided by ZOIHUB LLC (“Company”). Please read the following terms carefully before using the application. By registering or using the application, you agree to this agreement.
1. Application Usage
1.1. Starskop provides its users with astrology comments, horoscope content and related services. This information is based entirely on comments and is not definitive.
1.2. The Company cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise directly or indirectly due to decisions taken based on these comments.
2. User Information and Privacy
2.1. The information provided by users when registering to the application (name, date of birth, place of birth, e-mail, phone number, etc.) will be kept confidential and will only be used for the following purposes:
• Provision and development of services,
• Improvement of user experience,
• Statistical analysis and presentation of personalized content.
2.2. User information will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances, but may be forwarded to authorized authorities in the event of a legal obligation.
2.3. Users consent to the use of their information by the Company for the purposes specified.
3. In-App Purchases
3.1. The Starskop application offers premium membership and other purchasable services for access to some content.
3.2. Purchases are subject to the payment policies of the relevant platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
3.3. Refund policy:
• Refund requests must be submitted to the Company in writing within 24 hours of purchase.
• Refunds will only be considered for services that have not been used.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. Users accept that no content shared on the Starskop application is medical, financial or legal advice.
4.2. Users are responsible for providing accurate information on the application. Any problems that may arise from providing misleading or incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the user.
4.3. In case of abuse of the application, fraud, deception or illegal activities, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the user account.
5. Copyright and Content
5.1. All content, design, graphics and texts in the Starskop application are owned by ZOIHUB LLC and are protected by copyright.
5.2. Users may not reproduce, copy or use the content in the application for commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimer
6.1. The information provided in the application is a general guide and does not provide advice specific to the user’s personal situation.
6.2. The Company is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to technical malfunctions, lack of information or content errors in the application.
7. Third Party Services
7.1. Starskop may integrate with third-party software or platforms for some features. The privacy policies and terms of use of these third parties may apply separately.
8. Changes
8.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time.
8.2. Changes will be notified in the application or via e-mail. Users must accept the updated agreement.

This agreement is a binding agreement to use the Starskop app. By continuing to use the app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
